Bluelink® telematics services now available for most Hyundai models

February 16, 2022. The Hyundai Motor CIS company announces the renewal of the Hyundai model range and the expansion of the list of available equipment. Starting February 16, buyers of all new 2022 Hyundai vehicles will be able to take advantage of the innovative Bluelink® digital services, enabling remote interaction with the car using a smartphone.

Bluelink® is a high-tech telematics service that keeps Hyundai vehicles in constant contact with their owners.

With Bluelink®, the owner can remotely start and stop the engine, control the climate control, lock and unlock doors, and open and close windows. Also, the client receives push notifications on the smartphone when the standard alarm is triggered or if the car doors are left unlocked. The functionality of innovative services also allows the client to receive data on the technical condition of the car using a smartphone, information about traffic jams and estimated time of arrival, information about the location of the nearest gas stations and the cost of fuel at them, information about points of interest (POI), video from all-round cameras, and much more. other.

Bluelink® services are now available on the Hyundai Creta and Tucson crossovers. Telematics will now be available on new 2022 vehicles, including the Elantra and Sonata sedans, the Santa Fe and Palisade crossovers, and the new Staria minivan, which goes on sale February 17 this year. Thus, all Hyundai models presented on the Russian market, except for the Solaris sedan, will support Bluelink® services.

Updated configurations of Hyundai cars 2022 model year

The equipment of the Hyundai Santa Fe crossover, starting with the basic configuration of the Family, will now include a central airbag, an automatic collision brake system to prevent re-collision (MCB), as well as a 4WD Lock center differential clutch for crossovers equipped with a Smartstream G2 engine. 5. The maximum recommended retail price of such a car will be ₽2,829,000. Hyundai Santa Fe in Prestige, High-Tech and Calligraphy trim levels will support Bluelink® telematics services. Another innovation is the appearance of the Calligraphy package with a 7-seater saloon. A car in this configuration with a 2.2-liter Smartstream diesel engine (199 hp) will be offered at a maximum recommended retail price of 3,769,000 ₽. Also, buyers will have the opportunity to order the Santa Fe crossover, equipped with a 3.5-liter 249-horsepower engine, in the Prestige configuration, including in combination with the Smart Sense package of innovative security systems and the Smart Sense package with a 7-seater saloon. The maximum recommended retail price of the Hyundai Santa Fe in the Prestige version with the G3.5 engine will be 3,189,000 ₽, the surcharge for the Smart Sense package will be 110,000 ₽, and for a seven-seater saloon in combination with the Smart Sense package – 160,000 ₽.

The 2022 Hyundai Sonata sedan will be available with support for Bluelink® telematics services only in trim levels with standard navigation equipment – Style, Business and Prestige. In addition, after the update, the equipment of the sedan in the Business package will include Blind Spot Monitor (BVM) and a front passenger seat control unit. Additionally, the Hyundai Sonata in the Business configuration can be equipped with the Smart Sense security package. The maximum recommended retail price of the Sonata sedan after the update will be ₽1,964,000 for a car in the initial Classic configuration.

The Hyundai Elantra sedan after the model year change will be offered on the Russian market in five trim levels: Classic, Comfort, Style, Elegance and Prestige. Thus, one new configuration will appear in the list – Style. In addition, starting with the Elegance trim, Elantra sedans with factory navigation will support Bluelink® telematics services. The maximum recommended retail price of the Hyundai Elantra 2022 model year will be 1,609,000 rubles per car in the basic Classic version available with a 1.6 engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission.

A number of changes will undergo and equipping the flagship crossover Hyundai Palisade. In particular, the car of the 2022 model year in all trim levels will be offered with a color dashboard with a 7-inch screen. In addition, Hyundai Motor CIS will significantly expand its offer of 7-seater versions of the crossover due to increased demand from customers.Finally, starting with the Prestige version, the 2022 Hyundai Palisade crossover will support Bluelink® telematics services, which take the interaction with the car to a new level. The maximum recommended retail price of the Hyundai Palisade 2022 model year will be 3,869,000 rubles for a car in the initial Lifestyle version, equipped with a 2.2-liter 200-horsepower diesel engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission and an HTRAC all-wheel drive system.
