Hyundai Motor has won a landslide victory at the 2021 Auto Express New Car Awards, winning six prestigious awards including the IONIQ 5 Electric Car of the Year. “Premium Electric Vehicle” and won the award for best design. The IONIQ 5 not only revolutionizes sustainable mobility, but also offers the owner an interior that provides a whole new experience. What’s more, the new IONIQ 5 electric vehicle makes extensive use of environmentally friendly materials such as eco-leather and recycled fabrics.

The Hyundai IONIQ 5 is offered with a range of electric powertrains, as well as rear- and all-wheel drive versions.

The car is able to recharge the charge from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes, accelerate from standstill to 100 km / h in just 5.2 seconds and travel up to 480 km on a single charge.

In addition to winning the Car of the Year, Midsize Corporate Vehicle and Premium Electric Vehicle categories, the Hyundai IONIQ 5 was also voted for its revolutionary design by Auto Express readers. Appearance IONIQ 5 is associated with the car Hyundai Pony – the first production model of the company.
